Prior to founding MRB Logistics, Justin had a long and successful sales career, where he honed his skills in business development and strategic planning, laying a strong foundation for his entrepreneurial ventures. In addition to his role at MRB Logistics, Justin is the CEO and Owner of Kelley’s Glass and Mirror, a well-respected company in the commercial glazing industry founded in 1984. Justin took over his family’s business in 2020 after the passing of his father and has since grown the company tenfold, maintaining a strong reputation for quality and excellence in the commercial glazing industry. Justin’s extensive expertise in business development, combined with his dedication to operational excellence, has earned him a distinguished place in the entrepreneurial community. He is happily married to his wife, Jordan, and they have two sons, Jude and Finley. Justin loves spending time with his family and going on adventures together, creating lasting memories and cherishing those special moments.
